Aurora, 18, joined Bede Sixth Form from Annibal Caro, a school in Italy.

Today she is absolutely thrilled with her grades and is looking forward to continuing her third year at Bede to complete Further Maths and Sports Science.

She received an A* in Sports Science, A in Maths, B in Biology, and A in AS Further Maths.

She says: “I chose to study these courses because I absolutely love Maths. I love numbers, and I enjoy learning about the human body so Biology seemed like the perfect choice.”

She goes on to say: “The teachers were absolutely amazing, everyone was so helpful and I didn’t feel like I struggled at all.”

Aurora is now excited to complete her final year at Bede before going to study Maths at Northumbria University. She says she is a practical person and wants to pursue a career in something where she is constantly on the move. She would also like to continue her studies in sports and nutrition.
