HOW CAN WE HELP?

Here at Bede Sixth Form College, we understand that students may need a helping hand financially when studying, letting you focus on your studies.

At Bede Sixth Form we offer a wide range of services designed to help you overcome any financial barriers.

If you are currently receiving free school meals, and your financial situation has not changed, please apply for the Bursary for this to continue in college.
Care to Learn provides financial support to parents 16 - 19 with the costs of childcare at the start of their course to ensure they are able to continue in education. If 20+ the college may be able to support with costs of childcare dependent on your personal circumstances.
All students can access free bus travel to and from college during term times. Please note that there may be a termly charge of £5 per bus pass.

All students must complete a bursary application form before they can be considered for any of the above support.

Ways to Pay

There is a termly £5 charge for bus passes. Please pay by the following dates: 15th November 2024, 7th March 2025, 9th May 2025. You can pay by cash, card or telephone Monday - Friday during term-time." Please leave the telephone numbers.

Student can take cash to the Student Support and Wellbeing Office MWA209 Monday to Friday during term time.

Paying by card

Students can pay by card at the Student Support and Wellbeing Office MWA209
