An apprenticeship is up next for Charles
Former Ian Ramsey student, Charles, has secured an apprenticeship in quantity surveying with local company J N Bentley after completing his A levels in English literature, history and sociology.
Reflecting on his results Charles commented: ‘‘I was very happy with my results and I am looking forward to starting my apprenticeship in quantity surveying with J N Bentley.’’

Newcastle University beckons for Aadam
Aadam is off to study computer science at Newcastle University after securing A*, A, B grades in his A level results. Reflecting on his results in maths, physics and computer science, Adam was really shocked with his results.
‘‘I just didn’t expect these results so I am really shocked by them’’ said Aadam.
‘’The atmosphere was really nice here and I loved taking part in the Young Engineers programme. It allowed me explore different engineering careers and although I now don’t want to pursue a career in engineering, it has provided me with lots of opportunities. I am now going to Newcastle University to study computer science to hopefully become a teacher or computer engineer in the future’’ said Aadam.
A career in criminal law is calling for Luke
Former All Saints pupil, Luke, is going to Teesside University to study law after scooping a distinction* and two B’s in his A level results.
‘‘I expected these grades but I am so happy to finally receive them. I have enjoyed my time at Bede, it has been a fresh start for me and the best part has to be the teachers who are really supportive.’’
Luke is hoping to have a successful career in criminal law after completing his degree at Teesside. Everyone at Bede Sixth Form College wishes Luke all the best.
