2 Year Course

Grades 9-4 in seven GCSEs (AGCSE: 5.00 – 5.50) plus
grade 7 in GCSE Maths or above.

Analyse problems

A level Mathematics is a challenging but rewarding A level that can lead to a variety of different careers including medicine and engineering.

A level Mathematics students often have good problem-solving skills by the end of the course and learn how to analyse difficult problems in a step-by-step manner.

Students develop strong mathematical skills, problem solving skills and investigative skills which will be developed over the two year course.

At the College, we have a set of graphical calculators available for students studying the course which helps students understand key content.
